Lets say my character is not a divine spell caster and worships the Sandpoint Pantheon (Faiths and Philosophies pg21). The Pantheon contains: Abadar, Desna, Erastil, Gozreh, Sarenrae and Shelyn.
Do I qualify for the Measured Response feat (worshiper of Abadar) and the Wave Master feat (worshiper of Gozreh)?

Kind of a DM call. As a DM, I would expect you to go beyond occasionally paying respects to a deity, such as making sure that you honor holidays, donating money, occasionally offering a temple your services as an adventurer, etc.

For PFS, the answer is found in this FAQ.
As a character, you may choose to worship a single deity or pantheon (the “deity”). If you worship a pantheon, you do not count as worshiping every god in that pantheon; you must choose one deity from that pantheon for the purpose of gaining mechanical benefits.
In a home game, the GM can rule differently.
