Possibility of Sticking New Threads? To Paizo and GW Staff

Paizo/GW Staff,

I was wondering if we could get a few threads stickied that have current and up to date information? We have a lot of new people coming in, as well as lots of "sleepers" waking up. These individuals have missed out on a lot of information, and are just now looking for companies/guilds/settlements to join.

I second this, it would be nice if when Ryan made an announcement or something he would sticky it for a period of a few weeks.

That's actually a pretty good idea.
It would help a lot to bring back ppl who are only checking in say once a month or less to get a good sit-rep.
A couple of stickies advertising that something big is going down!

They'd probably be better off stickying a single thread, like this one, In the form of a "Threads new comers are encouraged to check out" instead of having the entire first page be sticky and confuse less-watchful people as to why there's no new content on the main page.

Then ask that nobody post to the thread, unless it's to add a link that the community feels is useful to new people.

I would highly recommend lobbying to have a Sticky thread with pointers to a few different Lists which can be updated with timely information.

I agree, we could use some more stickied threads.

However I think this will be less of an issue when the new forums are available since there will most likely be subfora we can organise community information into.
