A Question about Criticals

Rules Questions

I know that the spell Bless Weapon and Keen don't stack with regard to critical hits, but does Bless Weapon stack with Improved Critical? Based on the wording of the Improved Critical feat I'm inclined to say no, but some people have implied that it does. And for that matter, do Improved Critical and Keen stack? I know they don't in 3.5.

1. Yes. Improved Critical doesn't stack with other threat range-increasing effects, but bless weapon isn't a threat range-increasing effect. Bless weapon doesn't stack with magical effects that affect critical hits, but Improved Critical isn't a magical effect. The two work together.

2. Nope. It's right there in the description:

This ability doubles the threat range of a weapon. Only piercing or slashing melee weapons can be keen. If you roll this special ability randomly for an inappropriate weapon, reroll. This benefit doesn't stack with any other effects that expand the threat range of a weapon (such as the keen edge spell or the Improved Critical feat).

Keen does not stack with any other increase in threat range.

Thanks. I've seen a lot of discussion on it, and I've read some of Sean K Reynolds' little rants on it. But most of what he and others were talking about was 3.5, so I wasn't sure.
