Elemental Touch spell and Magus

Rules Questions

I am aware that because this is not a Range of Touch spell, it's Personal range, it cannot be used with Spellstrike. Even though the deliverance method of the spell is via a touch attack, it is very strange for a Magus to ever want to cast this spell since it cannot be used with Spell Combat other than it's initial casting.

After that, touching an enemy and attacking with a melee weapon is going to count as Two Weapon Fighting. If only Paizo could reword Spellstrike to include any spell that requires a touch attack to deliver a harmful effect to an enemy.

My question with this spell is this statement:

"Subsequent attacks inflict the normal damage, but the additional effects do not stack."

I take it that this means if you make more than one melee touch attack you can continue dealing +1d6 energy damage even within the same round? (but, of course, the status effect won't stack)

Lantern Lodge

You are correct, it deals the damage, but any of the conditions applied don't stack. So if you fatigued them with twice with this spell, they won't be exhausted, neither will the duration extend.

It does have it's uses though: it doesn't discharge when you cast another spell, so it's like having flaming added to your unarmed strike. This is good for those Magi who like to play with snake and panther styles. You can still cast spells too, such as frostbite, for even more multiple hit stacking.
