Character or HD dependent abilities List... Take a penny, leave a penny

I'm working on a rather suboptimal character, and I was looking for a list of abilities, feats, dips, or class abilities that are CHARACTER level dependent, HD dependent, or Ability Score dependent, as opposed to class level dependent. I couldn't find one. I only found a handful, and was hoping the board could combine our collective knowledge (Arcana) into a fuller list.

As I find more I'll add and edit, here's what I found last night:

Feats:

Horse Master - Mount levels with Character, Req 4th lvl Cavalier
Eldritch Heritage Line - Sorc Bloodlines -2 Character Lvl
Stunning Fist - Unarmed stun, DC based off Character lvl and wis
Leadership

Class Ability:

Several of the Cavalier Orders, Ex: Order of the Star is CHA based
Diabolist Imp - Imp companion that is based off total Caster Level

Chevalier has a character level based smite 1 time a day.

Divine Scion's Domain Specialization ability comes with a spell like ability that scales with character level

"Ruthless" from Low Templar scales with character level.

"Lantern Arcana" from Lantern Bearer

Animal Ally - get an animal companion based off character level-2

Racial SLAs caster level are usually based off character level. Arcane Strike can be based off these if they're arcane.

Racial feats often have a restriction of being available only after a certain character level, likewise Leadership and related feats.

animal ally is actually character level -3 (not -2), though boon companion fixes that.

all the special 'monk feats' (not jut stunning fist but touch of serenity and others) have DCs that scale from character level and uses/day that scale (though that scales much better with monk levels)

and racial SLAs are especially awesome because they make anything that keys off caster level scale with your character level (as was mentioned regarding arcane strike)

Lore Oracle is an excellent 1 level dip due to having a couple of these. Sidestep Secret and Focused Trance are both very nice and entirely Charisma based.
