Has Paizo ever created rules for radiation sickness, as well as ways to defend against it?
Not yet, that I'm aware of anyway. I believe I saw a post from James Jacobs dating that Iron Gods would have radiation rules though, so they're coming.
That would be Blightburn radiation from Blightburn Paste and the resulting Blightburn Sickness, I guess.
