One improvement I would like to see on these, since they are the required way to grack new gear, is a line included on it for the inclusion of the scenario number or name when the gear was bought.

I noticed most people just write and X or a check mark in the box instead of writing the chronicle number.

Let's say you purchase a wand of cure light wounds right after you get your 3rd chronicle sheet. You would then put a 3 in the 'bought' box. After sever levels when that wand gets used up, let's say during your 15th chronicle, you would then put a 15 in the expended box.

It took me 6 months to realize the box on the top right of the Chronicle Sheet was for listing the Chronicle #.

Sometimes the obvious isn't.
