Just the plus +1 to the final result. The +1 is a modifier, just like skill bonuses (the +2 in Arcane: Intelligence +2), skill feats and some power feats are modifiers (Seoni's "fireball" power has some or a scenario rule to add 2 to your checks to acquire allies). And you add the modifiers in as part of the check. Here are the last two parts of "Attempting a Check"
[q="Attempting a Check"]Assemble Your Dice. The skill you’re using and the cards you played determine the number and type of dice you roll. For example, if you’re attempting a check using your Strength skill, and your Strength die is d10, you’ll roll 1d10. If another player played a blessing to add a die to your check, you’ll roll 2d10.
Attempt the Roll. Roll the dice and add up their value, adding or subtracting any modifiers that apply to the check. If the result is greater than or equal to the difficulty of the check, then you succeed. If the result is lower than the difficulty, then you fail. No matter how many penalties are applied to a die roll, the result cannot be reduced below 0.[/q]
So after you roll the dice and add up their value you factor in any modifier. So the card you referenced says "Grab to 6 sided die and then after you roll all the dice, add 1 to the result."

Hi there~ I wanted to ask a question about certain weapons, like the Scythe +1 (I'm pretty sure that's the name) that have bonuses such as:
Strength Die + 2d6+1
Does the +1 get added to both d6 for a total of +2 or is it just +1 to everything that got rolled?
Nope, just a +1. You roll your strength, roll the 2d4 (scythe adds d4s, not d6s) and then add +1 to the total.
You should also note that you add any modifiers to the strength (or melee) skill.
Let's say this Scythe is in the hand of Valeros, the Fighter. Your base strength is d10, and you get a bonus +2 to the melee skill.
When revealing the scythe, you would roll d10 (Val's Strenth), and 2d4 (the scythe's bonus dice) +2 (melee skill), +1 (the scythe's bonus) plus adding any skill feats you've applied to strength. so you'd roll 1d10+2d4+3
