You have 2 sets of +2 bonuses to stats but also have 2 feats at level 1?
He gets a +2 Enhancement from being a Transmuter.
That said...you can't put the Transmuter bonus in a mental stat, and it's Enhancement, not Inherent, and those are generally bad Wizard stats.
I'd suggest something like this:
Str 16 (+2 Enhancement)
Dex 14
Con 14
Int 18 (+2 Human, +1 Level)
Wis 12
Cha 7
The Feats are relatively solid, though you'll want Power attack as well at some point.
That's if you want to melee personally, though. If you want to stand back, cast, and let your Familiar play frontliner, something more like this might be good:
Str 9
Dex 14
Con 16 (+2 Enhancement)
Int 20 (+2 Human, +1 Level)
Wis 12
Cha 7
Or, alternately, drop Str more and raise other stats. Dropping it to 7 and Wis to 11 gets you Int 21...

You want Craft Wondrous Item at level 3 and Improved Familiar at level 7 when you can actually get a Faerie Dragon with it. I would probably grab Dazing Spell at level 9, Heighten Spell at level 10 and Quicken Spell at level 11. You can do some crazy things with Heightened Dazing Snapdragon Fireworks or Heightened Dazing Burning Gaze for your familiar. Quickened Shield or Mirror Image help get your defenses in place quick. Dazing Fireball is just sweet.

In which case I'd go 'Dual Talent' Human with +2 into starting Int and Con. You lose Toughness and 1 skill point a level but gain +1 hit point and +1 on fort saves (from the +2 Con) and it can stack with your Transmuter bonus for more hit points and as well as this you can also take Toughness on top of that if you so wish.
So your starting stats would be the same except for 18 Con and no toughness feat.
The lost skill point a level is not such an issue as you have a decent Int and are a Wizard.
