Undine Bardic Enchanter?

So, I have been tasked by my GF to help build her PC.

This is her first AP, and it is for Carrion Crown.

She is looking to play a Undine Bard, focused heavily on enchantment, and social skills.

Here is what is the restrictions are:

25 point buy.

Any Paizo book(no 3rd party).

Any advice?

The Watersinger racial archetype is pretty cool, if not the strongest. I really like Aqueous Orb and they get it early entry. Hydraulic Maneuver is a cool way to play a maneuver bard without using a whip. Hydrated Vitality is not that great, but it beats Water Affinity.

I am not sure if Watersinger is the best for enchantment focus.

The only archetype, that I can come up with, right now, is the Negotiator archetype, but I am sure there is something better, maybe.

Is there a better archetype for focusing on enchantment?

The Lotus Geisha archetype is good for enchantment focus, and has interesting flavor.

What would a good stat array look like?

What about key feats?

With the spellsong feat the Court Bard is your best de-buffer and you can use feats to boost Enchantment magic for some pretty high save DC's (with some races nearly matching the legendary Kitsune Enchanter). You can also use feats like Flagbearer to give a small morale Boost to your party members too. You can also pick up traits that add to Language dependant saves too.

Finally metamagics is a slower progression than for a full caster but Extend Spell, Bouncing Spell and Persistent Spell are all useful.

I'd go that route.

The flavor of the Court Bard's abilities is quite nice.

Let's say, going that way, should the stat array look like?

Max your charisma and have a good number of languages available too as the performance is language related, although tongues is only a second level spell for a bard...

Beyond that, whatever you want!
