Crafting masterwork ammunition using the Gunsmithing feat

A while back I made a post outlining the various costs for purchasing firearm ammunition in PFS with the Gunsmithing feat. In PFS you generally can't craft items (with a couple exceptions), so the houserule is that if you have the Gunsmithing feat you instead just purchase firearm ammunition for what would otherwise be the crafting price.

In retrospect I never realized that the feat doesn't limit the discounting to solely non-masterwork ammunition.

Crafting Ammunition: You can craft bullets, pellets, and black powder for a cost in raw materials equal to 10% of the price. If you have at least 1 rank in Craft (alchemy), you can craft alchemical cartridges for a cost in raw materials equal to half the price of the cartridge.

Does the Gunsmithing feat allow you to discount the 300gp masterwork cost?

If you were to purchase a "lot" of masterwork bullets, without the Gunsmithing feat, you'd normally have to pay 350gp (1gp per bullet, x50 bullets, +300gp for MWK).

With Gunsmithing, would this price be discounted to 305gp (paying full price for MWK), or 35gp (10% of 350gp)?

I'm not looking to get this post FAQ'd. As far as I can tell it's the first time this question has been asked. But I want to get a consensus on how other players or GMs have been handling this.

The thought crossed my mind that this might also apply to crafting magical ammunition, so feel free to include your thoughts on that as well.

Thanks in advance!

If I asked my GM, I bet he would say 350g.

I would say that you cannot craft masterwork ammunition for 10% of the prize. The rules only say bullets, pellets, and black powder and nothing about masterwork versions. So you have to pay the full prize of 350gp regardless if you craft or buy it. Same for magic bullets.
