So in Alchemy Manual, which period of time do you refer to when spontaneously crafting an alchemical item: the time given under each alchemical process or the item listed in the alchemical recipe index? For example, congelation has a time of 10 minutes, but Artokus's fire has a time listed as 1 hour under the alchemical recipe index.

I would refer to the item's time. The process is just a part of the creation of the item.
But now that I look at it I'm not sure about it either. Since some processes seem to take longer time than the items created with the process.
Like Alchemist's Fire: takes 10min for the items it self but Distillation takes an entire day.
But then again:
Alchemical Manual wrote:
Time: This is the amount of time required to create the item using spontaneous alchemy.
I'd use the time stated in the item entry.
