I like some help in a story with a combined romance/action/fantasy aspect of the background storyline.
Half-Elf(drow). Name: Owen Sats
+2 to One Ability Score: half-elf characters gain a +2 bonus to one ability score of their choice at creation to represent their varied nature.
Medium: Half-elves are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Half elves have a base speed of 30 feet.
Low-Light Vision: Half-elves can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
Adaptability: Half-elves receive Skill Focus as a bonus feat at 1st level.
Elf Blood: Half-elves count as both elves and humans for any effect related to race.
Elven Immunities: Half-elves are immune to magic sleep effects and gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.
Keen Senses: Half-elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.
Multitalented: Half-elves choose favored classes at first level and gain +1 hit point or +1 skill point whenever they take a level in either one of those classes.
Languages: Half-elves begin play speaking common and elven. Half-elves with high Intelligence score can choose any languages they want (except secret languages, such as Druidic).
ALTERNATE RACIAL TRAITS:
Ancestral Arms: Some half-elves receive training in an unusual weapon. Half-elves with this racial trait receive Exotic Weapon Proficiency or Martial Weapon Proficiency with one weapon as a bonus feat at 1st level. – This racial trait replaces the adaptability racial trait. (Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Falcata)
Drow-Blooded: Some half-elves born of drow parents exhibit more drow traits then the human – particularly many of the physical features of the drow – and have darkvision 60 feet. This racial trait replaces the low-light vision racial trait.

Like to start off with: roughly horrible or softly with getting to know the surrounding family and friends; or maybe the mother was a capture drow/noble drow slave was raped by a human slave owner. The drow mother was pregnant. She sacrifices herself knowing she was going to be killed from escaping. She wanted to insure the safety of the unborn child. Maybe she run across a traveler was healer or master ranger. She requested and begged this person for the survival of the baby.
Maybe something like have an intruder (someone different, maybe a human) enter the scene and maybe the guy isn't full elf; but half and his father has died and left all his fortune and land to him; but it isn't that simple, so he asked the girl to accompany him on the journey (with the human) to this wonderful "place" the human was talking off; but if there's going to be obstacles; a variation of attempted murders and magical things happen; and along the way a little romance; then he meets his evil younger brother who has been setting him up this whole time and they have a one on one battle at the end; he thinks the younger brother dies but he doesn't; sits in his new palace grounds which he invites his family and town to join, but he sneaks back with a vengeance and turns him into an ogre or something and he can’t turn back; that’s went he story begins; he has to turn back into an elf so his family can believe its him and he can marry his beloved girl elf; but they all think he’s dead when he returns 10 years later with war wounds etc.
