orders # 3107245 and 31110666 payment method declined?

I just checked my order status and was told in little red text that my payment method was declined and saw I had no payment method.

I checked both orders individually and saw both had my credit card #s...what's up?

Can we get both orders combined, as that was I thought I had done when I added the Occult Mysteries to my monthly subscription shipment?


My original credit card #s are under "other payment methods"...

Should I just re-enter my #s and hope my order will be accepted???


MMMKay...so I did and now briefly had 2 other payment methods...then I had no active payment methods...feeling lost now.


Payment method still declined...but now my ups ground shipping choice is now us postal snailmail class...slowest...

I do understand that no one is here on the weekends...heres hoping that I see someone from customer servive solving my woes and misery on Monday afternoon when I check in again.

Payment method looks like it's fine on our side now. There may have just been some bugs in the system causing problems.

The items have been combined for shipping (there was a glitch that prevented that from happening when we did the May auth run, but it has been fixed now).

Not sure why the shipping method was changed to Standard post for this order, but I have fixed it for the pending order. It should still be set correctly to UPS Ground for your overall subscription information.

You should soon get an email confirming the updated order information. If we can help with anything else, please let us know.
