Is there any rule against mounting a willing druid using wild shape?
Must you mount a horse, pony, or riding dog, or can you mount any willing creature
What are the penalties for riding without a saddle?
Must the creature you mount be only one size bigger then you? And if you mount a creature two or more sizes larger then you is it assumed that you can still reach opponents on the ground with melee attacks?
Does the mount take any penalties on combat rolls for being mounted?

1) No, but the mounted combat rules would state that the druid must act on your turn and move as you direct it, so it might not be as useful as you'd hope.
2)It does have to be capable of carrying you, and the "not explicitly spelled out but strongly implied" rule is that they need to be at least one size category larger.
3)You get a -5 penalty on Ride checks.
4) It can be more than one size category larger than you, and generally yes, you are assumed to still be able to reach enemies adjacent to the mount (or within your reach as determined from any of the mount's occupied squares).
5) Depends on the circumstances. The act of being mounted in and of itself does not impose a penalty, but circumstances related to being used as a mount (such as encumbrance) may be a factor.

4) If the creature is more than one size bigger than you, you can't fast mount or fast dismount unless it is your Mammoth Rider mount. You still occupy your mount's entire space and can attack Medium opponents on the ground with non-reach weapons, or opponents 10' away from any side of the mount with a reach weapon.
