Inner Sea Gods introduces Variant Spellcasting for the major deities. The entry for Pharasma includes the line:

Clerics and oracles who serve Pharasma may prepare false life as a 2nd-level spell, clairaudience/clairvoyance as a 3rd-level spell, and moment of prescience as an 8th-level spell; inquisitors may learn these as 2nd-, 3rd-, and 6th level spells, respectively.

Does this mean that an Oracle who worships Pharasma gets those spells as spells known automatically? Or does it mean that they are added to the Oracle's spell list, but that they would have to use one of their regular spells known in order to be able to cast them?

They are probably added to spells known list.

They are just added to the Oracle's spell list. The Oracle would still need to choose to learn them as any other spell.

It means they become additional options for choosing what spells to learn. If they were bonus spells, they would be called exactly that. Or listed as "in addition to spells known".
