lets maximize disguise!

builds/ideas on maximizing diguise. probably on a trickly class (ninja)

kitsune is a obvious choice

basically i want to be highly undetectable when i disguise. i want to be able to flee from guards, go around a corner and change myself into something else.

Kitsune Synth Summoner would be the route. Skilled (disguise), Adopted/Ugly Swine trait, max cha, masterwork item. This puts you around a +30 at lvl 1 (10+8+2+3+1+4+2).

Pick up a hat of disguise for more versatility in your disguises later.

If that isn't good enough then I have to ask what in the world you're trying to do. You could disguise yourself as an adult dragon and most people would believe you.

That's because everyone does, either way you can get to a respectable +22/+12. Just go with a class that likes Charisma, so Sorcerer, Oracle, Bard (kinda), Cleric (kinda), or... summoner... cha doesn't get much love.

If you can convince your DM to let you have a custom magic item the price for skill bonuses is bonus-squared * 100 gp

Ninja/rogue with swift disguise, hat of disguise/wand of alter self paired with sleeves of many garments (changes clothes to any other clothes for real), boost BLUFF and KNOWs to better gauge what disguise to wear and that you are the person you say you are.
Ninjas can get vanishing trick (invisibility) which will help with changing in broad daylight or even in a crowd.
Potions of vocal alteration (or maybe a ring?), Alchemical creations of deodorizing agents, a quick runners shirt to get away from the guards faster (extra move action), and skill focus disguise to maximize rolls.
Then a last blast from a wand with Magic Aura to make it seem like there are no spells about you.
