I have a player wondering if spell combat combined specifically with Elemental Touch allows the extra touch attack each round. My inclination was to say that after the first round (when the spell is cast) the normal two weapon fighting rules would apply. I thought that I would throw it out here before giving him an answer. Just to be clear, I'm not asking about Spellstrike, only the off hand attack granted by Spell Combat.
