Mythic Paragon and Legendary items

hey i had a quick question, im playing in a mythic campagin and i saw the legendary item ability, and mythic paragon, mythic feat, seeing how the mythic paragon says it treats your tier as 2 higher does that mean at tier 1 with the legendary item ablility that my character will be able to use the three ablilitys of the legendary item or no?

also with the mythic paragon is it possible to select the spellcasting part of the lengendary item, and use the mythic paragon with it? say i picked it once so i have the 5 points to spend on spell lvs now can i pick a 3rd lv spell and a 2nd lv spell or no?

i tried looking through the message boards but wasnt able to find any answers hope somebody can help clear this up for me lol

I think you are correct in that at 1st tier, you have access to all 3 abilities, however I don't think could could use spell casting to get a 3rd level spell.

Mythic Paragon (Mythic)

Your mythic power is even more potent than that of most
other mythic beings.

Benefit: Your tier is considered 2 higher for determining the potency of mythic abilities, feats, and spells. This doesn’t grant you access to mythic abilities or greater versions of mythic spells at a lower tier than you would normally need to be to get them, nor does it grant you additional uses of mythic power or adjust the dice you roll
for your surge.

The legendary abilities of the item would fall under the Tier +2, however the spells abilities seem to me to be Tier requirement and not subject to the tier +2 option.

That being said, I know several people that argue the opposite and they have valid points.

Not sure that clears it up for you.. but that's my 2 cents.

thanks that does clear up a lot ^^ at least i know that the mythic paragon works with the legendary items lol if at least i can ask my DM about the spells :3
