I purchased a certificate at 11 last night. The transaction shows up in my order history, but not on my gift certificates page. I have also not received my confirmation email. The credit card company shows that the transaction is pending. Would you please add the $50 that I paid for to my store credit?

It seems that most of our gift certificates are having trouble processing/finalizing at this time. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. This is something the tech team is working on.
In the meantime, if you purchase one, and it doesn't give you a confirmation code, please contact us and let us know, and we can manually apply it to your account for you.
