Campaign Setting Subscription Renewal Question?

I want to renew my camapaign setting subscription, but I notice that with two products shipping this month (Inner Sea Gods and Inner Sea Combat) I can only choose to start with one of those this month (Inner Sea Combat) or with the one coming out next month (Occult Mysteries). I want all three products and the free PDFs that come with the subscription plan for all three. If I renew my subscription in my shopping cart today and choose to start with Inner Sea Combat will I get Inner Sea Combat and Inner Sea Gods or do I have to purchase Inner Sea Gods (book and PDF) separately from my subscription?

Because we are still in April, and April is a weird double release month, if you start a subscription now, we can still add Inner Sea Gods as a subscription item. However, this is something that Customer Service has to add of manually.

After you place your order for the subscription, please send us an email with the order number, and explain the situation, and we should be able to get you taken care of.

Okay, this isn't working out so well. I have now received an email detailing problems with my order regarding payment, despite an authorization in a different amount that hit my account yesterday and it also goes on to tell me to put anything else I want in my sidecart even though I sent an email yesterday after making my purchase on the site per instruction from this thread(?!). Anyway, I have responded on that email, but this isn't working out as smoothly as I had hoped it would.
