Disable Device + Blind?

Is there a modifier to disable device if you're blind? Or is the mechanism your working on is invisible?

GM's call. I'd assign a hefty penalty, but that will depend on the device. A fair amount of lockpicking after all is done by sound.

-4 penalty, since it's a Dexterity-based skill check. The GM is free to assign additional circumstance modifiers. This would likely vary from device to device, as LazarX noted.
