I was curious if it were at all possible to reset your pathfinder society ID number?? I mean I could always create a new pathfinder society ID but my local venture captain is against it because of the stipulation preventing multiple play through's of the same module. I understand the caution but due to some bad filing on my part, I have multiple chronicle sheets of the same module, some missing, missing inventory tracking sheets for my higher level character and errors on the experience count. I figure that it would be easier to restart with better character management skills and never visit this pathfinder ID again. I messaged customer support and it has been 4 or 5 days now and no response so I thought "TAKE IT TO THE MESSAGEBOARDS!!!".(Exictedly waving arms like a maniac)... (crys inside) :D

It sounds as if your PFS number is not the problem and this is not a good time to clear your records from anyone's point of view. Your VC's advice seems better.
Without seeing your exact situation, you may unfortunately be de-leveling some characters and/or re-purchasing their equipment, so you're in a state that missing ITS are not critical as you might have to redo them anyway. I might suggest sorting out all the chronicles first, then going through to find where you need to rebuild to, then finishing paperwork as required.

Randog,
I would have to agree and back your local VC on his/her advice to not create a new PFS account for the reasons stated. Customer service may not have responded due to, keep in mind this is only a theory, the local Venture-Captain already making a decision on the matter and they are the local representatives of the Global campaign.
Working with your event organizer and local Venture-Officers, your chronicles can be reissued with a review of your play history reported (I personally had to do this for a player who had all his paperwork stolen along with his books from his car) to Paizo. I am so glad I got into the habit even before I became a Venture-Lieutenant.
With a little time, you will be able to get things back on track with your paperwork and move forward. Hope this helps.

I think I need to change my Pathfinder Society ID#.
I generated a pathfinder character at GenCon '16. I got a new "Welcome, New Pathfinder" card with a society ID and so did my daughter. When we got home, we found that we actually picked up 3 cards (not 2). So we have 3 ID #'s for 2 people who should have 2 separate accounts and we don't know which ID# either of us used for creating our characters.
I took a 1 in 3 chance and entered one of these numbers. I found that it is not mine. Now I'd like to try one of the other ID#'s to see if it's the right one.
How would I swap my ID#?
This might not be that big a deal since both of us only have 1 character at first level. But my daughter wants her character and I want mine.

Howdy!
Take a peek at the Chronicle sheets you were given for the games you played at GenCon - that will have the number associated with your PC and your daughter's sheet(s) will have her PC's PFS number on them. That will tell you which number belongs to who.
Then contact customer.service@paizo.com and they can tell you what steps to take to get your numbers fixed up.

Unfortunately, the GM handed out the sheets without filling in the numbers, expecting us to do so (which we did intend to do).
So we have the sheet with the entry for the PFS ID# but its blank. I've got 3 numbers and just need to figure out which number goes with each account.
Also, it looks like the number I did use may belong to someone else, since it has a character associated with it that neither of us has used!
But thank you for the help. I will contact Paizo with the information and see if they can sort the issue out!

Ouch! Sorry to hear that.
I'll PM you - I think we can get you worked out.
