I was watching an episode of Family Guy (I want to quit but I can't)and two of the characters cut their palms and then shook hands, thus making them "blood brothers" I have heard of this blood brothers trope before but never gave it much thought.
My players adventuring party has been infiltrated by a particularly clever wererat. I was wondering if lycanthropy, being part curse and part disease, can be transferred by exchanging blood directly.
Will my players be wererats or just sick with Filth Fever.
