Can a Ring of Transcendent Spells enhance a spell that's cast as a Spell-like Ability ? Whether it be racial source or one of the spells provided by the Divine Source (Universal Path Ability)
If it's not a spell it doesn't work. Spell like abilities, regardless of source, are not affected by the ring.
