The players have defeated Vordakai! It was not an easy fight at all and they were saved by the paladin who is the only one being able to resist the paralyzing touch.
I have bought Ultimate Campaign and I would like to restart the Kingdom using those rules. They have 4 towns including Varnhold. Any idea on how to easily restart the Kingdom ? I would like to start "Blood for Blood" 5 years after "The Varnhold Vanishing".
my painted minis Vordakai and Nyrissa
Thanks
(Sorry for my English, I'm French Canadian)

I'm pretty sure that all the buildings, etc. in KM are also in the UC rules (although the Brothel was renamed Dance Hall). So just re-calculate your bonuses given what the players have already built. If there's some value that's seriously off once you've changed systems - maybe their Economy dropped a lot - give them a bonus for a few months so they have time to adjust to the new rules.

Do you have any screen shot from the Hero Lab expansion ? Is it possible to create the town map and the kingdom map ?
You can't create the maps in Hero Lab. Only a list of the hexes / buildings.
I wound up labelling each hex on my map & using that label as a prefix for the hex name in Hero Lab. Then when you reopen the file, it'll sort the hex list to make things easier to find. EG V01-V48 for the Varnhold quarter of the map, D01-D56 for Fort Drelev etc.

No maps in Herolab, sadly. There are some minor bugs in the calculations as well, but I've found that they're good about fixing that sort of thing in a timely manner.
But for the time being, you might be better off with that 11 MB spreadsheet that's floating around, which includes settlement maps (sorry, I don't have a link handy, but I found it here).
