Did the shipping costs increased for standard postal delivery or is the "my subscriptions" page acting up again?
I ask this because i am seeing an increase in April's subscription (7.88$ instead of the usual 6.54$) and i am seeing an even bigger increase in May's subscription (8.22$).

The estimates should be accurate. The shipping calculator takes a large number of factors into account, and may change as the subscription dates draw closer. We only charge for the estimated costs of shipping, as it's not a goal of ours to make a profit off of shipping prices.
I am not saying that you are trying to make a profit from shipping, i just want to know why the there 2 increases in shipping costs back to back and to make sure that the increases are true and not some error due to the upgrade of the website.
Has the US postal office announced increases during May?
I ask this because i checked (i put an AP volume in my shopping cart and look at the shipping tab) and it still lists 7.88$ for the standard postal delivery.
I see the same thing here. #80 just shipped to me and I payed $7.88. "My Subscriptions" lists #81 shipping in May for $8.22.
Could it be that international shipping is no longer subsidized (I clearly remember the old checkout interface where it was plainly written that Paizo paid a part of shipping for international customers; this no longer appears on the new interface)?
Can someone at Paizo look into this, please?

I just checked the form factor for both 80 and 81. When we first set up a product, we use a generic form factor with size and weight. When we get the actual product in, we measure the book again to give the item its own measurements. 81 is using the generic form since we don't have it in the warehouse yet; it is set at .70 lbs. 80 which we already have and just shipped out, is set at .68 lbs. As Erik mentioned, the estimates on the My Subscription page can change when we get product in or other factors change.
My Order History shows:
• Order 2351727 (Dec. 2012): Pathfinder Adventure Path #65 shipped alone for $6.54.
• Order 2934148 (Jan. 2014): Pathfinder Adventure Path #77 shipped alone for $6.54.
• Order 3047524 (Apr. 2014): Pathfinder Adventure Path #80 shipped alone for $7.88.
My Shopping Cart currently contains Pathfinder Adventure Path #77 and shipping is shown for this book at $7.88 (the same book shipped for $6.54 in January).
It appears to me that:
a) The shipping rates have increased, which is probably fine for all of us, but we'd like you to tell us why; or
b) There was a bug before that lasted a very long time and that miscalculated the rates for an Adventure Path; or
c) There is a bug now, maybe linked with the new checkout process.
What's sure is that the same PF77 shipped for $6.54 3 months ago and is now shipping for $7.88, which is unusual.

I apologize as I thought you were only asking about the difference in the estimate for May.
There was indeed a postage increase from USPS which took effect in January which I believe was updated in our shipping rate code in late January/early February.
