was wondering if i could get the power of the ILLUSIONIST: "After you play a spell with the Arcane trait, you may examine the top card of your deck; if it’s a spell, you may put it in your hand ([_]or recharge it)." in the evoker character sheet and remove the 9nth hand limit too make it more balenced, could i do this?

If you are doing it as a "house rule" thing, sure. But just realize at that point you are playing with a house rule. The official rules don't allow you to swap powers from one role card onto another.
But before you cross into house rule territory, maybe you should try out the other powers on the role cards. I'm sure some time was put into considering them and balancing them. No character can have the most powerful powers. They have to be balanced with the challenges of the game.
Don't take that as in anyway condescending. If you want this to be a house rule for you, go right ahead. I'm sure everyone that made this games wants you to enjoy playing it, and if that is what will make you enjoy playing it, then by all means do it. But just realize that probably no one has tested how enjoyable your new version of Ezren would be.
