Retraining a qinggon monk ki power?

I want to retrain my 5th level ki power from True Strike to Mighty Fist of Earth. (Need better ranged attacks.) I'm currently level 9 in PFS.

Would the retraining count as a feat or class feature? The ki power had replaced high jump. So I'm guessing class feature. Or is it spells known (UA p.191)?

Here is what I got for calculating the cost.
10gp x 9 lvl x 5 days = 450 gp + 5PP is total cost. (PFS)

In this case I would imagine it would differ between whether or not it's available as a Feat or Ability.

If it's listed in the Feats, count it as one and use the respected calculations that follow.

If it's not listed in the Feats, and is a class ability somewhere, count it as that and use the respected calculations that follow.

Edit: Either way, the formula still comes out the same. 10 x Your Level x Days Required.

Forgot to add - None of your Ki Powers count as a Spell. They're all Spell-Like Abilities. So it's either Class Ability or Feat.
