Aura of Justice:
Aura of Justice (Su): At 11th level, a paladin can expend two uses of her smite evil ability to grant the ability to smite evil to all allies within 10 feet, using her bonuses. Allies must use this smite evil ability by the start of the paladin's next turn and the bonuses last for 1 minute. Using this ability is a free action. Evil creatures gain no benefit from this ability.
Half-orc Paladin Favored Class Option:
Paladin: Add +1/3 on critical hit confirmation rolls made while using smite evil (maximum bonus of +5). This bonus does not stack with Critical Focus.
Does "using her bonuses" include the half-orc favored class bonus? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I would say no. It grants they Paladin a 1/3 bonus on crit rolls while they are using Smite Evil. It doesn't actually alter the Smite Evil ability, which is what's being shared with your companions.

The bonus effects the half-orc herself, not the power, so the answer is no.
That was my interpretation as well. If instead of a Favored class bonus it was a feat that said "Whenever you use Smite Evil, you gain a +5 bonus on rolls to confirm a critical threat", would you still think it was shared with Aura iof Justice? Because that would be pretty much the same thing.
The Favored Class bonus is a separate ability that triggers when you use Smite Evil, not actually part of Smite Evil. Since Aura of Justice is specifically sharing the Smite Evil bonuses, it's probably a no go.
