So, thanks to a great DM open to new ideas I will be playing a quasit character in our Rise of the Runelords campaign. (The backstory is that he has been redeemed by the church of Sarenrae). Overall our party is 3rd level and by delaying some quasit abilities (like flight) this character should fit well.
This character actually will take the place of another character of mine who just died in Thistletop. Our party is currently a rogue 2/barbarian 1 (thug), magus 3 and druid 3.
Right now the character won't have any class levels (when he party gets to 4th he'll get his first class level), but I'm wondering what to take?
I'm thinking of something divine because that goes with the Sarenrae saved background, but don't see any synergy. Rogue is an obvious choice because with invisibility sneak attack will be a tremendous help (and probably the only way to do damage because tiny weapons suck). Sorcerer would be very beneficial for he arcane access. From a RP perspective being an oracle or cleric of Sarenrae would make sense. If there is a way to combine sneak attack + divine spell casting that would be great.
Wondering if I should go arcane trickster? My goal with the character is support, stealth and scouting. Regardless of class I plan to max out UMD because wand/scroll use will be very helpful. Direct damage isn't he biggest goal but obviously doing some damage will be helpful.
Also, he will be taking the leadership feat (per our house rules you only get 1 cohort, no other followers) and will have a human cleric of Sarenrae so that should cover some divine magic in a few levels.
I appreciate any advice on this unusual character!

@bbt - outsider HD, so I will have 3 HD. The other characters have a 25 point buy, so I will have that as well. As best as we could figure out, stat mods are -2 Str, + 2 Dex. Will have 2 feats (the ones in the monster entry are not set in stone), and 2 traits (or 3 if we chose a flaw).
@ Cap Darling - any oracle builds that you think would work well for this character?
@ Imbicatus - that sounds like a wicked build! But, we are trying to stay away from flying (for game balance reasons for at least a couple levels). Plus, we will have 3 melee/front-line combatants (druid is focusing on wild shaping), well technically 4 because the rogue/barbarian has an animal companion. So, things will be a little crowded.

With all those melee I'd second evangelist cleric or possibly just a bard (the bard could of course still worship Sarenrae and preach sermons) Bard would have better skills, especially those that the group probably lacks.
In terms of damage dealt, it is going to be difficult for a tiny character to directly deal anywhere near as much damage as you would get by giving bonuses to your allies.

Biggest problem with melee, is you have 0 reach.
You will be constantly entering opponent's squares, and provoking.
I highly suggest a full caster, or ranged.
Also, the redeemed background makes a Divine caster make more sense.
I suggest Divine Hunter Paladin, or Oracle with the Life, or Flame Mystery.
