Rules Questions

The PRD states:

You have enhanced physical stamina.
Benefit: You gain +3 hit points. For every Hit Die you possess beyond 3, you gain an additional +1 hit point. If you have more than 3 Hit Dice, you gain +1 hit points whenever you gain a Hit Die (such as when you gain a level).

So you take toughness, instantly you get +3 hit points. I understand that. Then for any hit die you posses beyond 3, you gain an additional +1. So at lvl 4 you gain a +2? One for each statement ?

The Exchange

Pretty much you get 1 additional Hit point every level, but the first 3 are compressed into one big pop.

So is it just being redundant by repeating the same thing twice with different words?

I think you've wandered into the wrong forum.

Ah crap, I saw rules, questions and missed the fact it was the card game. I'm sorry, could this get deleted or moved.

An admin will probably come along and move it. But since you posted here, I think you are obligated to try Pathfinder Adventure Card Game, if you haven't done so already.

I own it! I also have 3 expansions. I've only played it once though. When I meet with friends we tabletop, and my wife refuses to play. I know it can be played solo, but it's not the same.

Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Designer

Dear H20sw's Wife:

I'd consider it a personal favor if you'd play the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game with him. Thanks!

Mike

See, now she's got to play with you. How often is she going to be able to say that the person who designed a game and has his name on the top of the box asked her as a personal favor to play it? Not just a favor, a personal favor. No way she can turn that down.

I've got several friends AND their wives who don't play RPGs or tabletop games playing PACG and they enjoy it. A lot!
