Divine source and non-cleric casters: not clear at all

Rules Questions

Question: here is divine source for mythic

Divine Source (Su): You can grant divine spells to those who follow your cause, allowing them to select you as their deity for the purposes of determining their spells and domains. Select two domains upon taking this ability. These domains must be alignment domains matching your alignment if possible, unless your alignment is neutral. You grant access to these domains as if you were a deity. Creatures that gain spells from you don't receive any spells per day of levels higher than your tier; they lose those spell slots. In addition, you can cast spells from domains you grant as long as their level is equal to or less than your tier. Each day as a spell-like ability, you can cast one spell of each level equal to or less than your tier (selecting from those available to you from your divine source domains). If you're a cleric or you venerate a deity, you may change your spell domains to those you grant others. At 6th tier and 9th tier, you can select this ability again, adding one domain and two subdomains (see the Advanced Player's Guide) to your list each time and adding their spells to the list of those that you can cast.

Let's assume a character with no wisdom (but charisma) like a sorcerer. 7 wisdom, 18 charisma...

1- Can he cast the spells from these domains?
2- Is it based on wisdom or as an oracle could take, charisma?
3- Does he gain the powers from the domains (exemple, darkness could give him blind-fight)
4- When the power mention cleric levels, what would be considered level in this case.

5 and last question: Can he even take that mythic power or it is out of the question?

This is probably the most unclear power I've seen and I can't find the answers on the forum

thank you in advance

1) "In addition, you can cast spells from domains you grant as long as their level is equal to or less than your tier."

2) It would be based off of whatever the character normally uses, basically, think of yourself as a Deity that grants domains.

3) No, you would not gain the Domain powers, you only gain the spells, however, anyone that uses you as a divine source doesn't either.

(I don't know if this was intentional or not, after all, you're not exactly a true Deity, so it might be really far fetched to give you both spells and powers.)

4) I don't know what you're asking here. I didn't read any thing in what you posted that mentions cleric levels.

5) Technically, anyone can take this ability. It would just be most useful for Divine casters, which can use their primary casting stat regardless.

1. As a spell-like ability, yes. They do not become sorcerer spells, though. You'd be no better off than a fighter in that regard.
2. Is what based on Wisdom? AFAIK, the caster level for the ability is equal to your hit dice, and the DC is 10 + the level of the spell + Charisma modifier, the defaults for spell-like abilities that duplicate spells.
3. No.
4. N/A (see 3).
5. Yes.

I disagree on the answer to 2 and 3, cleric levels are mentioned in the last sentence with regards to being able to change from the default domains granted by the deity to his own. My answers would be . . .

2) Its still based off wisdom, sure for you its a spell like ability but you still need to obey the rules of that ability so just like a Kitsune's dancing lights are based off charisma the domain spell heal is based off wisdom for your spell like ability of it.

3) No he doesn't gain the domain powers (as I read it) but those who worship him do. "You grant access to these domains as if you were a deity." Nothing in there about granting access EXCEPT for X, Y and Z. For the purposes of your worshipers there's no difference between worshiping you and worshiping Iomadae in terms of the items granted. They get domains (powers and spells), spells per day, turn undead etc its just that the maximum spell level is limited to your tier.

4) Cleric levels are levels in the cleric class, if your character doesn't have them then its largely irrelevant.

5) Yes in fact the Mythic Baba Yaga has divine source and refuses to grant spells to those who worship her because she feels they should handle things on their own.
