Order will not go through!

Heya!

Trying to place a pdf order seems to just toss me back to my main shopping cart screen, right after the bit where it asks me for my card security number.

Not sure if it's a glitch or if I'm doing something wrong, but I'd appreciate any help you can give!


Exactly the same issue here. Reluctant to try again in case multiple charges are incurred. Shopping cart still full and no recent order history so I assume unsuccessful.

Selected payment method and hit "Place your order" then input security code and on hitting continue I am bounced right back to the cart with no confirmation or error message.


Running into the same problem precisely.
place order>>security code>>full cart.

It looks like that was a glitch. The tech team is working on getting it fixed.

In the meantime, I was able to poke the order on our side of the system, and the PDF should now be available on your My Downloads page.
