mage armour and touch ac

Rules Questions

Hi all just a quick question does mage armour still count against a touch attack as its a force effect ?
I know that it effects incoporal attacks where normal armour doesn't

No, it is still an armor bonus, and armor bonusses do not apply to touch AC.

It doesn't apply to touch AC except against incorporeal touch attacks. Same applies to the Shield spell.

I'm not aware of any place that states that armor bonus granted by Force effects still counts towards touch AC in general. It applies to incorporeal touch attacks not by virtue that they are touch attacks but by virtue that they are incorporeal and incorporeal beings are inherently affected by Force.

Deflection bonus, on the other hand, applies to both Touch and Flat-Footed AC, in addition to normal AC.
