What would be a optimum build for a anarchist, with 25 point buy, maybe human or gnome, any suggestions, I want to be a blaster type.

I'm guessing you're referring to the "wanna watch the world burn" type? Unless you're asking for a character that doesn't like the fact that governments exist, I dunno.

First thought that comes to mind is the Antipaladin. The essence of Chaotic Evil; while they don't have to be the "wanna watch the world burn" type, it does suit them nicely.

For a character that just hates government, or any authority, really, you could have a druid. Any alignment would justify the position, really, as far as I can see. They could be the idealist type that views governments as advanced forms of slavery.

But yeah, gonna need more info before I know how to exactly answer what you're asking.
