What does Other Gear or Other Treasure mean in the Bestiary?

Hi, simple question: In the Bestiary, certain creatures such as a Sinspawn (p246 Bestiary 2) says it has a "ranseur, other treasure" for it's treasure.

What does "other treasure mean"? I doubt it means coins. Should I randomize loot? If I randomize loot, doesn't it mean if it had armor on it I should have factored that in on the enemy stats?

I guess it wasn't as simple an answer.

It has "ranseur" listed as its standard weapon, so make sure the cost of that is subtracted from its treasure. Otherwise, just make sure it has the standard amount of treasure based on your game's XP progression.
