GM's Day Sale prices not showing up in shopping cart

I added a bunch of the 3.5 PDF modules to my shopping cart. On the GM's day sale page, they all have the 8.99 price crossed out, with 4.49 in red. However, in my shopping cart (including when I start to go through the process of completing the order), they are all priced at 8.99 again, not at the sale price of 4.49.

(I have not completed my order yet because of this.)

Did you have anything in your shopping cart that was pre-GM's Day Sale? I had some of this happening to me, and even a couple items I added after CS got it fixed for me. But, when I took those items out, processed the correct items to add the others back in, it was correct. The first cart had an item I had sitting in there from before the GM's Day Sale.

I don't think I did, but I might have. I do have some things in there from the GM's day sale that are showing the discount.

I'll clear the whole thing out and start over and see what happens.

Yep just tried to add, some items don't come up with discount.

Midgard bestiary print/pdf combo for example :/
Tales of the Old Margareve print/pdf combo comes up oddly priced too

I'm also experiencing this problem. Some product only, prices appear discounted on product pages, but not when added to shopping cart. Example:

Update: Rebooted my laptop, and the prices in my cart updated with the correct discounts.

Yes. I was having problems trying to place a near $200 order but discounts were not being applied. Call and spoke to customer service on Friday and nothing changed. Sorry to see the sale is over. Sucks really! Very disappointed.

Oh yea. I still can't delete everything from my shopping cart. Argh!!! Just wipe it out completely please.

Do you know who you spoke with on the phone on Friday? Since you tried to place the order before the sale ended, I would like to see what we can do to help you out here.

Yes, I spoke to you. Unless there's more than one Sharaya there. I was able to remove most of the items from my shopping cart. But there are items still remaining that, when I remove them, keep reappearing. Can you clear out my shopping cart please? Thank you.
