Dwarven Boulder Helmet Bull Rush / Melee Attack

I've made a dwarven foehammer that's wearing a dwarven boulder helmet and has taken the Hard Headed feat (both from the Advanced Race Guide). The feat says that my character gets +2 to bull rush when charging, and my helmet has spikes that do melee damage. Here are my questions:

1) Can my character do a head-down charge that functions as a bull rush and a melee attack with the helmet? I really want this to be his signature move to close for battle before pulling out his hammer (while staggered).

2) If no to above, is there a feat that would let me do this?

3) If I took the spiked destroyer feat, would you rule that the damage from the Dwarven Boulder helmet could function like armor spikes? My character worships Angraad, so I qualify.

Dwarven Boulder Helmet:
This heavy, reinforced helmet can be used to make melee attacks. The wearer may use the helmet when attempting bull rush maneuvers, granting a +2 circumstance bonus on the check, but after completing the maneuver (whether successful or not), the wearer is staggered until the end of his next turn.

In addition, a dwarven boulder helmet grants a +2 circumstance bonus to the wearer's AC against critical hit confirmation rolls. A dwarven boulder helmet can be enchanted as a weapon (not as armor, despite providing some protection).

A dwarven boulder helmet adds 20% to the wearer's arcane spell failure chance. It occupies the head slot and is made of metal, not stone, meaning that it can be crafted from unusual materials as a metal weapon.

Hard Headed (Combat Feat):
Your thick skull is almost a weapon unto itself.

Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +1, dwarf.

Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on attack rolls and combat maneuver checks made using a helmet. You receive a +2 bonus on saves against spells and special abilities that cause you to become staggered or stunned.

Spiked Destroyer (Combat Feat):
You can attack with your armor spikes while using bull rush or overrun.

Prerequisites: Worshiper of a god of battle, proficient in spiked armor.

Benefit: When you succeed at a bull rush or overrun combat maneuver, you may automatically make an attack roll with your armor spikes against the target of the maneuver as a swift action. This attack is made using your highest attack bonus.

The Spiked Destroyer feat lets you attack with the spikes, not the helmet. To my knowledge, there is not a feat that applies this swift action bonus attack to a Dwarven Boulder helmet.

The general feeling on Dwarven Helmet Feats is that they are worthless. You wear them to boost/optimize Bull Rush, or more commonly to ensure that you still threaten adjacent squares if wielding a reach weapon. Don't enchant them.

Spiked Destroyer is cool, and will add your Str bonus to the 1d6 damage that the spikes do.
You are essentially accomplishing your goal, but you will not be able to apply the helmet bonuses to the free attack.

Shield Slam allows you to get a free Bull Rush when you hit with a shield bash. If you're not playing in PFS, a homebrew feat that copies this would be fun. Maybe you take Hard Headed and Dented Helm as prerequisite feats?
