I sense a trap, but...
From the SRD: "A line of sight is the same as a Line of Effect but with the additional restriction that that it is blocked by fog, darkness, and other factors that limit normal sight (such as Concealment)." So darkness is covered in that line, as is a reference to concealment.
From the Blinded Condition (PF Condition cards): "Enemies have total concealment from you."
So barring anything unusual or extenuation, the general answer is 'no'.

Agreed. What got me looking in the PRD for a clear answer was Arcane Cannon.
...If the arcane cannon ever leaves your line of sight, it winks out of existence, and the spell's duration ends.
It occurred to me that a spell/ability written that way could mundanely interrupted by blocking LoS or making the caster close their eyes, if LoS actually required "functional-eyes-open-pointed-at-the-thing".
From the SRD: "A line of sight is the same as a Line of Effect but with the additional restriction that that it is blocked by fog, darkness, and other factors that limit normal sight (such as Concealment)."
Does this mean that critters who only have blindsense/tremorsense can never have line of sight?

That's a fascinating question. Does blinking break line of sight? Normally you wouldn't care, but you would for something like arcane cannon.
Does blindness in and of itself block "line of sight"? It seems like the intent is that it's supposed to be blocked by intervening things. Although I honestly don't know why the arcane cannon uses line of sight instead of line of effect.

Normally I feel faintly ill when a RAW/RAI question like this pops up, but rarely are they so deep in the system. I have to admit this one leaves me curious. The SRD quote above doesn't seem to appear in the PRD anywhere that I can find, either.

It's an uncommon turn of phrase, certainly. As far as I can tell, Arcane Cannon is one of only two instances of "leaves your line of sight".
