No, its some sort of mole right over the lower spine...cue the 'well he's screwed' music.
It not like my head comes on a long flexible neck so I can look up my own bum. I'll do the guy thing and let it slide for a year thinking it will go away.

Your choice. But honestly... if it's at the lower spine, it can most likely be dealt with surgically. It's the ones at the head, neck and upper chest area that are truly difficult to handle. Doctor visit seconded.
Or do the guy thing and get drunk and show it to every passing stranger.

It may be a harmless sebaceous cyst - I've had one for years just about level with my shoulder blades but I'm not sure if they can form lower down. Either way, get it looked at - I think that was the last time I actually went to a doctor about anything and he recognised what it was straight away.

I havnt been to a doctor in fifteen years. Might be due a check up.
Even a "harmless" cyst isn't quite so harmless if it gets near your spine.

If it's a funky mole and you fart around for a year, if it's melanoma or something it can metastasize all over the place; Australia has some pretty potent solar rays.....it's better to go get somebody to check it out and find out that it's nothing than to fart around and get liver mets.
Mate make sure it's not a melanoma. Way way to common in our country.
