Only if you have some sort of on-going magical effect due to using your ki or trick. For example, if you'd chosen "Shield" as your major magic AND currently had it up, you'd detect. But if you don't have it up, then there's nothing to detect.

The ki pool is supernatural, that is, magical but not spell-like. See "special abilities". So if you're currently USING one, that might detect.

If the trick is an extraordinary ability (has an (EX) with it), then it's not magical at all.

ok cool thanyou

Also, remember that Detect Magic is a 60' cone, so it is directional when cast. In addition, it must be maintained for three rounds before the caster can pinpoint where a magical aura is located.

So, short answer:
Invisibility WILL give you a magical aura and it WILL be detected by Detect Magic. BUT, the caster would have to 1) cast it in the correct direction and 2) maintain it for 3 rounds before they know exactly where you are.

If I remember correctly, there's a Mythic ability that specifically calls the above out.

EDIT: Yep, the Mythic version of the Invisibility spell
