Alright, so i've gotten a fair amount of deities typed up (The 5 aspect deities and a variety of others) However, i need two more. I need a CE and a NE deity. just not sure what to make... kinda frustrating lol. If anyone has any suggestions i would be happy to hear them.

Note: If anyone is making a campaign world or needs info on Deities, demons or a variety of mythologies i am building a decent library of info and i am more then willing to share.

Happy Gaming!! :)

Alright, so i've been working on this for a bit and i've created a little file about the Country of Ascara, the starting point for my campaign and the current focus of my efforts.

Its simple word document, but made to be fairly easy to read.

As always, any comments or suggestions please let me know.

Your ruins could have a fun trap. If it springs, the doors close and lock. Then a small trickle of brackish water trickles out of one of the walls. Then the doors all swing open again. :)
Those lightning plains sound like paradise for rogue Flesh Golems.

Thanks goth guru, they probably would be, i thought they were an interesting touch. That could be a fun trap :).

Alright, one of the homebrew monsters for my campaign world - the Bark spider!

I was hoping for a low CR enemy to use in my campaign that fit the world, so please any criticism or comments throw them my way. As always, Happy Gaming!!

A clicking noise fills your ears as a small bark covered spider enters your view, its barbed quills swaying back and forth in a most unsettling manner.

Liberty's Edge

I suggest from past experiences to start your wold small and from there go outward. Using an 8.5 x 11 Copy Paper page with each square inch being five square miles works great. You can start with the base town and wilderness and go outward from there adding to the map one page at a time.

Anybody that says that quills don't do automatic damage, a thousand bark spiders on their every character!

@Goth Guru: So... your saying that you dont think its a good idea that the quills do auto damage and should instead be a reflex save?

I got the idea for the base quill mechanics from the porcupine, though it could be made into a save. You think its to strong for a CR 1/2?

It may have sounded sarcastic, but it wasn't. I want you to keep the automatic damage, and allow it for cactus's and armor spikes.

Alright thought i would check, i want to make sure that everything is balanced in regards to CR, etc. I appreciate the info, and the humor.

I am currently building a world and have would the idea of 'add now, expand later' extremely useful. I am using a wiki to organize everything so its all in numerous drop down menus on the navigation bar and if i think of something I go to the appropriate level and add a page with a title and 1-2 sentences on the idea, then go back to working on what I was working on.

Every few days or when I am bored of the current idea I'm working with i click through the tabs until I find something incomplete or with just the bare description and work on that for a while until I am bored of it, then rinse and repeat. It helps keep me from getting stumped or bored while making the world.

The other thing I did was ask anyone that wanted religion in their life to describe how they want their deity to be and then modified them to fit the world and be what the players wanted.

Basically, whatever you do, zoom in and out as needed, fill in whats exciting you at the time and remember to take breaks and move onto other things if you are bored or have writers block on an idea. And get player input.

What does everyone think of what i have so far? comments, questions? i would love to hear them.

Alright, so i've been working fairly extensively on Ascara and i would like to move on ward to other locations.

As of currently im not sure what the next area should be. While i have ideas i am unsure as to what to put next. I was wondering if the good people of the paizo forums might have some suggestions. Here is the map so far (courtesy of Indager)
