I thought there was one and it has driven me crazy looking for it so to put this to rest in my mind is there or is there not a spell to learn if it is going to rain in the near future?
Well, the Survival skill can do that, so any spell that gives you you bonuses, re-rolls, or anything like that to Survival might help as well.
DC 15 - Predict the weather up to 24 hours in advance. For every 5 points by which your Survival check result exceeds 15, you can predict the weather for one additional day in advance.
Thank you guys. Learned something new with the survival skill and that I wasn't crazy thinking there was a spell for what I wanted to do.
With take 10, survival as a class skill, a single skill point invested, and a wisdom modifier of 1 a character can reliably predict the weather 24 hours in advance (assuming it is not altered by magic).
