So I know of a bunch of items that boost a particular aspect of most classes by 4 and I was wondering if wizards got one of those, I figured it would be something like your school powers are considered 4 levels higher.
I'm talking about items like the phylactery of positive/negative channeling, the robe of arcane heritage, the bracers that give +4 level to paladin lay on hands, etc.

Well I was asking if an item existed so I figured it was a rules question. I don't really see how I could be clearer than I was in my op about my question, but I will try again.
Premise: Clerics get an item that boosts chanel energy by 4 levels, paladins get an item that boosts lay on hands 4 levels, sorcerers get an item that boosts bloodline powers by 4 levels, monks get an item that boosts unarmed damage and ac bonus by 4 levels, magus gets an item that boosts arcane pool by 4, monks get an item that boosts ki by 4 levels, inquisitor gets an item that boosts bane by 5 levels (an exception), etc.
Conclusion: Most classes if not all get an item that boosts a class feature that is generally not their primary class feature by 4 levels.
Problem: I can't find one for the wizard.
Question: Is there such an item for the wizard? Does anyone know, and can they direct me to it.
I don't think I can be any clearer than I have been. Thanks in advance.

I guess my question would be what are you considering the wizard's primary class feature to be?
Spellcasting? No, there is no item that I am aware of that increases caster level by 4. There are some feats or traits that may increase the caster level but they are capped by a set number and total character level.
Arcane Bond? There are some feats and traits that help out here but they also usually cap out at total character level.
So, I am not an expert on every item, but I will say there are no items that I am aware of that increase either of the above two class features.

The problem is that most of those features that are being boosted are relatively minor aspects of the class.
Wizards don't have any minor features that are worth boosting. They're far from the only class that has this issue, Fighters and Rogues don't have such an item either.
BTW, I'd really would like to see the item that gives Magus a 4 point boost on their arcane pool. My bladebound would give much to posess such a thing.

It allows up to 4 points to be stored which can only be reclaimed for 3 specific uses, two of them requiring that the Magus take specific arcana to make use of them. The ring does not grant the arcana mentioned in it's description.
If the Magus does not take the reflection and pool strike arcana, the only use she can get out of the ring is a +2 aid on concentration checks.
Not true, you missed a line in the ring's description:
A wearer can spend arcane pool points stored in the ring as if they were his own, or can spend them in each of the following ways.
EDIT: Hehe, LazarX must have realized his error...he deleted the post.
