Classes that count as fighter levels for feats

Basically, dies anyone have a list of classes/PrCs that either fully or partially count as fighter levels for feat qualification.?

Off the top of my head only magus and EK.

Martial artist monk. Zen archer gets fighter only feats as bonus feats. Swashbuckler and brawler from the ACG.

Samurai levels stack with Fighter for taking feats specific to their chosen weapon.

Kensai magus:

Fighter Training (Ex)

Starting at 7th level, a kensai counts his magus level –3 as his fighter level for the purpose of qualifying for feats (if he has levels in fighter, these levels stack), but forfeits the benefit of such feats with weapons other than his favored weapon.

Also, anyone with Quarterstaff Master can take Specialization with quarterstaff, but that doesn't help for other fighter only feats.
