A player of mine is interested in creating an order of monk that her PC has encountered in her bg. She comes from Qadira, and she said that she came in contact with a group of "monks of the white mantle", that she invented. Now, she's pretty newbye, so she'd like to know if there are some manual where some kind of monk's order is described, just as a model... Can anyone help me? It doesn't matter the edition, pf, 3.x, she really need that just to add flavor in her bg.
