Multiple BABs

Rules Questions

So, uh, at the end of the last session I played for Pathfinder, my character hit level 6. Being a Fighter and all, this meant that I got a second hit per regular attack and thus a second Base Attack Bonus. Problem is, not sure how to write this on the sheet. For the BAB itself, it was easy enough to just write +6/+1 but I can't find out how to categorise the CMB and CMD. Whether it uses both, only one of them, or something else entirely isn't mentioned anywhere that I can find (and not for a lack of trying either; I find it weird that something so relevant would be a thing you're expected to just nebulously "know" out of the aether so I probably missed it somewhere).

So, uh, for things like that how do you work it out and make note of it?

CMD just uses your highest bonus. In situations where you would use a full-attack action to make multiple maneuvers then you figure the bonus using +6 and the second using +1

Grand Lodge

That +6/+1 means you get an extra attack, on a full attack. That's it.

A Combat Maneuver is still an attack, so if you can make a Combat Maneuver in place of an attack(like Trip, Disarm, and Sunder), and not a Standard Action(as many other maneuvers do) then you would apply the relevant Base Attack Bonus.

Jeez, it was that simple all along? Of course, I would massively overthink it. Thanks, guys!
