That WoTC property doesn't affect an eventual appearance in pathfinder of the Wemic at all!
Wemic are 100% looking like the Urmahlullu from mythology, so if Paizo really wanted to have a Wemic they just apply the Urmahlullu in their bestiary, covers 100% for the Wemic.
Hypsils are the same, the Greek Hind (female centaur with deer features) can replace it.
And then there are Lamia who are also half lion and half human.

Lamia are already in PF, so I suspect a PC race that is that kind of lion-centaur might be Lamia-kin or something like that when it gets added.

Golden Hinds aren't centauroids in Greek Mythology. They're simply magic, oversized deer.
However, a deer-centaur appears in the Midgard Bestiary, which is OGL.
