Priority of Oracle Curse vs Revelation

If a character is a less than 5th level Lunar Oracle with the "Clouded Vision" curse ("You cannot see anything beyond 30 feet...") and has the "Eye of the Moon" revelation ("You gain darkvision to a range of 60 feet") would the oracle be able to see objects 35' - 60' away?

On a complete tangent Paizo should really come out with more curses. Half of the current ones I have never seen used, or even seen suggested, and I don't think it would be that hard for Paizo to think up some fresh ones while they're adding in more mysteries.

The curse wins out.

You do not benefit from the darkvision gained from eye of the moon, since you cannot see beyond 30 ft.

If you cannot see anything beyond 30 then your darkvision stops there. Darkvision is a kind of vision it also cannot be used if you get blinded.
And yes more curses would be nice. But more have shows up from time to time.

Munchkins usually go for haunted because as a curse its not as bad as the others

One of my friends played an oracle of life with the clouded curse to great effect...stuff like that just adds a lot to RP

I like the legalistic one myself

The most painless one for me is wasting. -4 to CHA checks isn't that bad when you are a CHA based character.

Cap. Darling has the right of it: You'd have darkvision out to 30 feet, and blind beyond that.

I'm more concerned that if you beast shape do you gain the creatures senses? It's described as your eyes are clouded which makes me think that switching form would make that go away, wolf-scarred face with a turtle or something is just as interesting or an elephant.

Eye of the Moon is a pointless revelation for an oracle with the Clouded Vision curse -- as soon as you get to 5th level, you can see out to 60' as though you had darkvision anyway.

It takes direct divine intervention to overcome an oracle's curse. Polymorph will not help.

The one method I know of that is guaranteed to work for removing an oracle's curse is to retrain away those oracle levels. Once the character has no oracle levels, his curse is gone.

If your oracle is mythic and takes hierophant, Curse Immunity is a 6th tier power. It allows an oracle to remove all negative effects of his curse while retaining the benefits.
